Load an 2D Columns, Lines and Columns Chart and save it as .xls.
Open it into xls -> the Size of the Legendsymbols are to big.

Are you sure? I see no difference when opening the xls-file in DEV300m99.
Opening the xls-file in Excel shows smaller symbols.

I will attache an ods-file with the original charts and screenshots of them and
the exported xls-file. Opening the xls-file you can compare the result with the
screenshots.

This is nothing that can be done within import or export. The sizes of symbols
in the legend are not saved. The different application simply render the legends
slightly different.
The size of the overall legend key will be changed with issue 82802.
What I think what can be done in addition is that the data point symbols part of
a legend key might be display smaller if the symbols on the data point is
displayed smaller than a certain percentage of the legends font.
