Description aewell 2006-11-07 19:28:49 UTC
Hi All,

If I have a table with a formula in one of the cell and press F2
to edit the cell, the previous formula gets erased. :-(

I have attached a sample to practice with (Cell E2)

The formula is not lost - it is just not displayed in the cell while editing. It
will be available in the "Formula toolbar" which also opens when pressing F2.
There you can edit the formula.

MRU->OS: when having a formula in a table cell and trying to edit this
afterwards, the formula will initially not be displayed in the table cell. When
editing in the formula toolbar, the view in the cell will be updated.
