Confirmed with Mac OS X 10.4.8 that I am unable to cut and paste from a screenshot to the Mac clipboard into any of the OpenOffice.org applications. The Paste or Paste Special items remain grayed out. Assigned to myself for further investigation. James McKenzie
@ericb: I used the Cntrl+CMD+Shift+4 keystroke combination and selected a section of screen. This apparently could not be detected by the X11 clipboard and thus cannot be pasted into an OpenOffice.org document. James McKenzie
This works pretty well in latest Aqua build. And AFAIK latest X11 version is 2.4.0, we can close this as WONTFIX. Please, use Aqua (3.0) build.
wontfix -> closed
