to verify the random sorting of w and v we used a serie of letters, here is the
result:

Cv Cx Df Ds Ds E E F F Fg Gf Q Sd Sw V V V W V Wa Vd Wrr 

this can be reproduced on linux and windows, latets with OOE680_m2 build1, but
was also a defect in earlier versions. same problem in calc as well as in a
tabel in writer
On the danish list somebody mentioned, that this will be fixed with the new ICU,
but as we dont know when this will come, me make this issue.

IIRC this would be fixed with issue 54479 which seems to be ready for 2.2.

Hi Søren,

Actually it will be fixed (I just checked) with the upgrade to ICU 3.6, which is
issue 60645. But it isn't a duplicate, I will simply add this as a fixed issue
to the CWS 'icuupgrade' that will go ready-for-QA again soon.
