As described in the wiki (see URL field), the upcoming update notification
protocol uses the UserAgent http request field to minimize the amount of data to
transfer back to the client.

Since all included information is available at build time, a corresponding entry
should be written to either the versionrc or a separate updaterc.

The UpdateID is necessary to identify the correct entries in case the server
does no filtering based on the UserAgent field.
