OOo Base 2.0.4 is freezing on me when I try to create a table in design view on
an ODBC connection to a remote MySQL 4.0.20 database.

Steps:
1. Create ODBC profile for remote MySQL 4.0.20 database
2. Open ODBC connection in OOo 2.0.4
3. Click Tables, then Create in Design View
4. Create a single row, 'id', of type Small Integer [smallint unsigned
auto_increment]
5. Set the Primary Key flag on this row, and set AutoValue to Yes
6. Save table and name it, then press OK
7. Watch OOo freeze, then kill it manually
