When choosing icon-view (normal, large or extra-large) in Vista-Explorer and
opening a folder with Math-documents, only an office standard-icon is shown in
the lower right corner. The frame where the preview is normally shown, remains
empty.

Math documents have a "life preview image" ... even on vista.
But those images does not show the full (or at least the real) content.
On the other side this is also true for windows xp and not related to vista only.

AS->TL: Because generation of those "life preview images" is part of every
application -
please take over this task. THX.

TL: summary changed since it is not Vista specific. Changing target to OOo 2.x
