Found in Version 680m196

Use the middle mouse button to scroll the document. The scroll-control is not
removed properly. see attachment

This is most probably caused by the same mechanism as Issue 72639

Closing as duplicate issue to 72639.  The second issue has more detail than this
issue and describes what is need to duplicate this problem.

The Issue you raised has been marked as 'Resolved' and not updated within the
last 1 year+. I am therefore setting this issue to 'Verified' as the first step
