We call .uno:AvailableToolbars?Toolbar:string=standardbar in Base or Chart2 and
the slot is not being executed. The toolbars inside Base and Chart2 does not use
SFX.

The command also works in base, the problem is just that base does not have a
toolbar named "standardbar", try "toolbar" instead. So nothing to do here.

It doesn't work in Chart because this functionality is not available in OLE
objects (the same would apply to Writer embedded in Calc - please don't try it,
it crashes ;-)). 
This can be fixed by moving the code from the "application" context to the
"frame" context. Will do that.

jsi: currently we need to retarget some issues (we have to much open for 3.0).
What do you think about this one: 3.0 or not?

will be fixed soon when the new code line is available as it hinders some tests
from working
