Charts inplace without selection (only grey boarder)
Menu-Edit-Copy (Kontextmenue does not work, selection into chart always set)
After Paste only an empty frame are pasted.
No regression, into "old chart" the selection are not available.

Same behaviour if the Chart Area selected 
Menu-Edit-Copy or with kontextmenue selection
After Paste only an empty frame are pasted.

When nothing is selected copy does not do anything (like it was the case in the
old chart implementation). When you select the chart area, the chart area is
copied (it is a "blank box" by default, so that's what you get on paste).

The only issue here is that the menu item for copy is not disabled when nothing
is selected.

Copy is enabled only when an object is selected in the chart now. Note, that
there is still an issue: when clicking with the right mouse button, the
selection may change shortly before the context menu opens. The state of the
context menu is the old one.

E.g., when nothing is selected and you make a right click, the legend, area or
diagram is selected, but the context menu still shows no "Copy", because this
was the former state when nothing was selected.
