Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 73153
Copy selected non-adjacent rows / columns (multiple selections)
Last modified: 2010-04-16 07:51:33 UTC
Select (by holding down Ctrl) columns A, B, E, G, H, then press Ctrl+C to copy. A dialog says "this function cannot be used with multiple selections". This is a big usability issue because you need to copy&paste each row/column alone. Excel allows to copy multiple non-adjacent rows/columns and then paste them (which is a big advantage when working with large spreadsheets).

Ooops, wrong issue.
Setting duplicate of i25855.
You are right that this is a duplicate of issue 25855 (which I did not find when searching), but the issue has not been fixed. I am not allowed to change it so please set it to "duplicate" instead of "resolved / fixed".
The Issue you raised has been marked as 'Resolved' and not updated within the last 1 year+. I am therefore setting this issue to 'Verified' as the first step towards Closing it. If you feel this is incorrect, please re-open the issue and add any comments.
