new calc doc
open context menu on sheet tab
choose 'Rename Sheet ...'
open context menu on text box
select 'Special charaters'
-> nothing happens
OK in OOo2.0.4 for me

Checked with OOo2.2rc3 and could not reproduce. Therefore closing fixed.

Sorry, it's indeed a double to Issue 73923.
