Manual adjustment of axis limits does not work if range value is not an integer:
any attempts to set it to 0.01 or 1e-2 fails. It is a significant problem.

->bigserpent: As far as I noticed, it is only a visual problem. Try to enter,
e.g. 1e-4 as Minimum and 4e-4 as Maximum. Although the display shows simply "0"
the values are remembered. So, when you press Ok, you will get the correct min
and max.

So, the output-numberformat seems to be the wrong one. Seems a known problem
(that was fixed?) of the old chart. Have to check.
