Description pagalmes.lists 2007-01-21 10:48:02 UTC
When setting a new template directory (tools > options > path > template), after
some time using it, the templates in the newly created template directory are
not displayed anymore when trying to open them with "new > Templates &
documents" or by the quickstarter.

It seems to me, that this issue appeared, while using the old dialogs "File >
Document templates > Manage...". It looks like this issue shows when OOo is
installed the first time on a PC.

I am not able at the moment to reproduce the issue. I was able to reproduce it
on several PCs of users some days ago but no more at the moment. I will try to
find a way to reproduce it, but if someone is able too, could you please add
your comment? Thanks.

PS: I would say that this is a P2 issue, because it impacts every company
working with templates that means many people. Even if not data is lost, this is
an important regression.

Not reproducible in a more recent build. Please give a step by step description
how to reproduce this behaviour.
Comment 2 thorsten.martens 2007-02-07 14:03:36 UTC
Set to "worksforme" due to missing requested further information.
Comment 3 pagalmes.lists 2007-02-07 17:44:03 UTC
As explained in the initial description, I was not able to reproduce the issue.
Anyway, it seems sophie gauthier already send an issue about it. I just would
like to close the issue as duplicate instead.

-> sgauti : could you give us a pointer to the issue you reported ?
Comment 4 thorsten.martens 2007-02-09 10:56:49 UTC
Due to being not reproducible, this issue is set to "worksforme".
Comment 5 pagalmes.lists 2007-02-10 20:30:50 UTC
sgauti and I misunderstood. She has not submitted this issue.
To conclude, I will close the issue as I was not able to reproduce this issue
again. Sorry for the noise...
