- start the soffice executable to start OOo
- exit OOo
=> assertion: DeInitVCL: some windows are still alive

does not happen in m200, but m201 only => regression

made the assertion contain clearer output (windows are enumerated with their
text and type). Also fixed the default window which caused the assertion but is
destroyed after the assertion and therefore should be an exception.

fixed in CWS vcl74
