Open the posted bugdoc: the 3D objects on the first page have a wrong look. On
the second page is a screenshot how they should look. This was ok in OOo2.1.

It is also broken for in a new file. In 3D Effects - Geometry - Scaled depth
doesn't work.
It is also broken in buildid=680m195(Build:9094)[CWS:chart2mst3] (Windows)

AW: Found: In ImpScalePoly() i changed the interface to return the scaled poly,
but not all usages were adapted correctly. Since this is not dangerous, i will
do that and add to 2.2. Changing prio, chaning broken to Yes, executing...

AW: Discussed with QA if we accept this as showstopper. I think it's not
dangerous and just something i have overseen. It's aregression, too. Not taking
it would mean to not being able to create objects with the depth scale effect in
2.2 and that loaded docs which use that feature will look wrong.
AW: Checked in, tested, is okay.
