The message box coming up at extension installation shows the default on the
Cancel button instead of having the default on the OK button. The spec describes
it correctly:

Install a OOo with system integration (no administrative installation). Then
double click an extension on the desktop. The Extension Manager comes up and
asks if one want to contiue the installation. Make sure the extension was not
installed already.

Changing title. We have now changed:
-message box type: info box -> warning box
-button focus: ok button
-string change

Its best to have a look at the spec

Well, these beautiful message boxes always give the creeps. But yes, they look
ugly in another way now.
