aquavcl01 m202 Mac Intel with native menus.

Take the toolbars and make them floating. Try and close the toolbars (click on X
at top right corner of floating toolbar). If that does not crash, Exit the OOo
and restart - the toolbars are still floating - then try again. Full crash
report attached. This crash seems relatively stable.

I cannot reproduce here, but I believe you : the code for windows parenting
management is simply missing.
