Running Mail Merge wizard might end up with UI elements (toolbars, navigator
window ...) hidden for the current document. 

- create a new document and put a database field on this document
- run mail merge wizard
- skip to step 7 and cancel creation of individual documents
- cancel mail merge wizard
-> Document window will be shown without toolbars or floating windows

This happens on windows only. Tested with OOOF680m5 and m7

It's a kind of preview and therefore toolbars are not necessary.
HI->OS: Nevertheless, this behavior is not correct. May we should also close the
preview window by cancel.

I'm not speaking about a preview window but about the original document window.

If the wizard is cancelled, the original document window will be (re)activated.
Having no UI elements in this window is a defect.

SBA: I had a look in CWS revctrlwiz:
After canceling in Step 7, the toolbars are still visible.
But the database window is shown empty. Pressing <F4> the database view is OK again.

HI->PB: Verified with cws revctrlwiz = The part of SBA's comment ist not fixed.
- The beamer gets grey as SBA wrote. or
- The beamer is still visible and the MM-Wizard will not start again, but
- The MM-Wizard will start when you click on page before
There is currently some confusion.
