Currently there is no direct way to convert "mm/100 sizes" to MAP AppFont units.
A developer has to retrieve a conversion factor by himself which is annoying.
However there are conceivable use cases where this is needed. For example after
getting the preferred size() at the control (interface XLayoutConstrains, method
getPreferredSize()) a developer will want to apply this size at his controlmodel
that only supports MAP AppFont units
