There are no new mails to allfeatures@openoffice.org for some time now
(<http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=allfeatures>), even
though there are recent mails to individual feature mailing lists (e.g.,
<http://framework.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=features&msgNo=246>).  My
understanding is that mails to individual feature lists should automatically get
forwarded to allfeatures.

Your understanding is correct. Unfortunately the sublist allfeatures@ suffers
from the problem described in issue 71897. Closing as duplicate...

The Issue you raised has been marked as 'Resolved' and not updated within the
last 1 year+. I am therefore setting this issue to 'Verified' as the first step
towards Closing it. If you feel this is incorrect, please re-open the issue and
add any comments.
