Attached document takes 2 hours on P3-650 to open. This is quite simple 
(though long) doc with just two columns of text.
Might be dup to http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=74746

MRU->HBRINKM: the attached document needs extremely long to import. It contains
about 450 pages of English and Russian text which is arranged in a two-column table.
Because this feels like a Loop I targeted this to 2.x.

In OOo 3.1.1, "UNCLOS.doc" still takes more than 15 minutes to load and is still
not usable after loading.
