Calc can not open a file which has name in Japanese Character (Kanji, katakana,
hiragana) by double clicking the file.

But this file can be opened from Calc menu: File-Open.

Only in Windows XP. It has no problem in Fedora Core 6 - OOo 2.2.

This case happened to Writer in WindowsXP too.
