When printing a document, it is not possible to choose
deliberate page sequence in "Pages:" field, e.g. by 
putting "1;7;4;2" (prints "1;2;4;7"), nor repeating
pages, e.g. "2;2" (prints only "2").
This functionality is quite useful e.g. when designing
posters in A4, and then directly creating A6 flyers
by printing "1;1;1;1" in 4-up printing mode.
