When removing a masterpage via api the corresponding notes master page is not
deleted this leads to information loss when saving because the xml export filter
is throwing an exception then.

this issue has been fixed now in cws[impress120]

Originally this issue has been fixed by cl in cws[pppopt01] in
sd/source/ui/unoidl/unomodel.cxx -r1.100.10.2. Due to the reason that
cws[pppopt01] will not be integrated for OOo2.2.1 I moved his bugfix to this cws.

The bugfix can|t be tested by qa, so I checked & reviewed the bugfix->looks
good->verified
