When I open an Excel spreadsheet in Excel, the calculated columns and totals 
perform correctly in Excel.  When I open the same Excel spreadsheet in 
OpenOffice 2.2 Calc, the calculated columns and totals do not calculate (or 
update?) and show '0' (zeros) in each column and on the total line.

PS-1> you asked me to attach a file whenever possible, but there is nowhere on 
this page to attach anything.

PS-2> The screen to change my forgotten password did not work properly in 
Firefox 2.0.0.3, so I had to switch back to Internet Explorer to get into the 
screen to reset my password.

Confirmed with OOo-2.2-de on Win2K

Additional information:
There are some cells which are formatted as text. Excel2003 calculates the
formulas regardless and gives a warning hint at the cells.
OOo does not calculate

In my opinion the behaviour of OOo is correct.

@acaksell: Please report your additional problems in another issue or a mailing
list.

Hi,

basically this is a double to Issue 2027 and a lot of others. Issue 5658 is one
of these duplicates and as feature request under evaluation.

Therefore closed double.
