Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 76778
Navigate over protected cells
Last modified: 2014-01-02 18:57:12 UTC
If spreadsheet cells are protected, what's the point of landing on them? The best you can do is hit the wrong key and get an error message. There should be a way to navigate over protected cells using the arrow keys, not just the tab key. Up and down navigation over protected cells is handy, and the only keys appropriate are the up and down arrow keys. Therefore, the left & right arrow keys should also be capable of navigating left & right to allow for total navigation control within the small arrow key grouping on the keyboard.
reassigning features and enhancements to user requirements@openoffice.org which will be the default owner for those tasks (was introduced some time ago)
To Next Unprotected Cell and To Previous Unprotected Cell should be extended.
