I'd like to use the autotext feature (F3 and Ctrl+F3) when filling forms and 
XML forms. Apparently this doesn't work, ie typing the shortcut and hitting F3 
to replace with the predefined text doesn't respond. 

It works fine in design mode outside of form fields.

Fields are not Writer elements.
This issue covers a part of issue 13203 for having a Writer control.
