Attached DOC opens with Writer OK, but very slow.
About 2 minutes on Athlon-64 2800, 512 Mb RAM

Confirmed on OOo 2.2 Win XP.  I don't notice anything usual (such as tables or
columns) except Cyrillic text.

Two minutes for the import of the word doc is confirmed. If I save it as ODT and
open the ODT it takes six seconds to load it on my notebook. I cannot see any
weird formating within that 50 pages pure text document. Changing issue type to
defect.

MRU->HBRINKM: the attached document takes a long time opening in OO. Only odd
thing is, that the text is mixed German and Russian.
