1. open a new database
2. open a new report designer
3. bind to a table
4. open the add field dialog
5. open the table design from the database window
6. add a new field
7. back to the report_designer
==>> not possible to get the new field for the table

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this is no show stopper for the first
release, and no "should be fixed if possible at all". targeting to "not
determined" for the moment.
