1. open a new database
2. open a new report designer
3. bind the report to any table
4. open the add field dialog
5. open the sorting & grouping dialog
6. D&D a field from the add field dialog to the sorting & grouping dialog
==>> you get a drop sign in the sorting & grouping dialog, but nothing happened
when drop.

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this is no show stopper for the first
release, and no "should be fixed if possible at all". targeting to "not
determined" for the moment.

The Report Designer iTeam decided to retargeting this issue to "2.x".

Now you see a stop sign when you try to d&d an entry.

A Stop sign is also a possibility to fix this issue. My expected behavior was
that D&D is now possible.

Tested w/680M4, XP

The cursor no longer shows a drop target for the sorting and grouping window.
D&D is not allowed then, and does not act as if it is.
