"New File" and "Open File" are not needed in the report designer's toolbar.
Moreover, for consistency reasons (see e.g. the query designer), it *should not*
be there.

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation",
targeting to OOo 2.x.

remove some unneed toolbar items like:
-  OpenUrl
- AddDirect
- NewDocument
- Open
- ExportDirect to PDF
- Print Default
- Print Preview

Yes they are gone.

OOo 2.3 stable, SRB 1.0.1
