In the report designer, the Undo/Redo actions do not have keyboard shortcuts.
This is unlike in all other applications. The shortcuts should be present at
their default, for consistency and usability reasons.

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation",
targeting to OOo 2.x.

this is fixed in the current master. The current master is available at
