- open the design of any report
- mark two controls, both being in different sections
- open the property browser
=> the property browser shows the properties for the last-marked control
   only, not for both. This does not happen if both controls are in the same
   section.

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation",
targeting to OOo 2.x.
