When you change the height (or width of position) of a control via property
browser, then the string for the generated Undo action (visible as tooltip in
the toolbar and in the edit menu) is "Change property 'Height'". This is way too
technical, it should be something like "Resize control" or so.

This is about a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword
"new_implementation", targeting to OOo 2.x.

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this is no show stopper for the first
release, and no "should be fixed if possible at all". targeting to "not
determined" for the moment.
