Steps to reproduce

Download attached Base file and register as Fuel
Open Basic IDE and create new module
Download attached bas file and copy paste to empty module

run main procedure.

on the first call to openReport with openmode = open all goes as expected.

on second call with openmode = edit basic runtime error
"unsupportedcommandexception"

I'm sorry. The command must be "openDesign" and not "edit". I know that I said
edit, sorry again. :-)

ok, with the command edit I can reproduce the basic runtime error.

But when I use openDesign the Office crash.

confirm, reassign to the developer and set target

Crashes OOo on my WniXP here also

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a show stopper for the
release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.3, thus.
