Take a database with report from new report designer, for example that from
issue 77494.
Goto report container and switch the preview pane to 'document'. Click on a new
report, nothing is to see. If you click on a report, which was generated with
the old wizard, you see a document preview in that pane.

resetting target. In opposite to what has been announced, the iTeam decided to use 

- "not determined" when the iTeam had a look at the issue, but decided it is no
showstopper and no "should fix" for the first release

- "no target" when the issue has not been looked at by the iTeam

The Report Designer iTeam decided to retargeting this issue to "3.x".

Fixed in cws dba32b

The preview is generated when a report is saved and the output is limited to the
first 50 rows.
