I read the spec

I try to open the report designer as described in 5.1.2 of the spec.

It should select the table, view or query as a preselected source.
But it doesn't do it.

resetting target. In opposite to what has been announced, the iTeam decided to use 

- "not determined" when the iTeam had a look at the issue, but decided it is no
showstopper and no "should fix" for the first release

- "no target" when the issue has not been looked at by the iTeam

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this is no show stopper for the first
release, and no "should be fixed if possible at all". targeting to "not
determined" for the moment.

The Report Designer iTeam decided to retargeting this issue to 2.4.

p.s. minimal description:
1. create report from table context
2. mark table and take from menue insert/report
=> in both cases contexed table should be bounded

p.p.s. mechtlide, please add always a short description, even in such rather
'clear' cases ;)
