When I delete lines having a heading style from a MS formatted document, it
looks just fine until save it and reload it.  When reloaded, there are blank
lines for each of the lines of the deleted headings and each of those lines has
the attributes of the deleted heading.  The problem does not exist in the same
document when converted to odt.

I am using 204rc1 for OS/2 - eCS.  I have reported this but to them and they
believe it is in the source code.

Sorry, but I can't reproduce this situation in OO 2.2 in Windows XP.
If you delete the heading lines, don't you push up all the lines below ? That
way their heading style won't remain, so I don't quite understand what you
really mean. Maybe if you can reproduce the steps we can take.

I am not able to reproduce the problem from the scratch with my test documents,
please attach a  document which shows the problem to this issue, so that we can
reproduce and fix the problem here. You can also send the document directly
(mru@openoffice.org) for the case it contains confidential data. Feel free to
re-open the issue when you've done.
