Subject says it all - open attached doc (this is sample, descibed behavior 
happens with any document), double-click groupped object, double-click outside 
of it - Texttool activates.
This seems to be wrong. I suggest activating Select tool instead.

The problem already occurs in OOo 1.1.5

Confirmed with version 4.1.14 on Windows.
