0. open a new database
1. create a table with any fields
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. select 'detail' area
4. try property 'force new page' with anything else than default setting: 'none'
5. execute the report

-> empty document is created

On my system I get just a blank Window with nothing (no menu-bar, no toolbar)
inside. However, if I generate the report outside of OpenOffice and then zip the
contents into an odt-file, OpenOffice-Writer recognizes the document and
displays it.

However, the 'force-new-page' thing is ignored and one large table is generated,
which is a bug.

I cannot reproduce the problem with the empty document UI, so please let's keep
this out of this issue, please

What I can reproduce is that in the 0.4.0 build, an empty window is opened when
you try to execute the report.

fs->tmorgner: Unfortunately, after your latest fix, the document window is not
empty, and the page breaks are inserted properly, /but/ all detail records
except the very first one are empty.

I'm going to attach a bugdoc (which is what should have been done from the
beginning, to avoid misunderstandings and all those "I cannot reproduce", "this
behaves different on my machine" ...)
