Description wcattey 2002-09-23 23:10:18 UTC
I think issuezilla needs to pull up some code from more recent versions of bugzilla.

Maybe it's just that I enter bugs infrequently enough not to have decent rituals
for doing so, but I always remember that bugzilla submissions go smoothly,
whether I be reporting Mozilla, RedHat, or Emacs problems.

Every time I use issuezilla, I add all my text in to append to an issue, click
the submit button, and get a web page telling me that I can't do what I just
tried until I visit the login page.

I THINK it should be easily possible to have the work flow be, to pop up a page
that says, "You're not logged in yet, log in here now, and we'll continue your
submission."

We really need as much input from the community as possible. Enhancements that
smooth the workflow will pay us valuable dividends over time!

Hear! Hear! This happens to me often...

(As a work-around, the back button, copy & paste, and your favorite
text editor can be handy tools.)

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
