0. open a new database
1. create a table with a datetime field (containing value: '31.12.99 00:01')
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. open the add field container and d&d the fields in design area
4. execute the report

-> printed result from datetime field: '1999-12-31 00:01:00.0'

=> the format has changed
=> the time became a float

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this is no show stopper for the first
release, and no "should be fixed if possible at all". targeting to "not
determined" for the moment.
