Create a csv-file and bind it to OOo Base via the Microsoft odbc text file driver.
Open the table.
You see a yellow little sun, which indicates that you can update and insert
records. But when you try to do so, you get the error message, "Error inserting
new record  [Microsoft][ODBC Text Driver]Optionales Feature wurde nicht
implementiert."
(I use a German WinXP and a German driver.)
