We discussed sometimes ago on activate by default the FilePicker on Mac OS X.

This change can be done in Common.cxu, but it does affect several platforms, and that's not what we 
want to do.  

We need your opinion  :-)

Verified in aquafilepicker01.

The default is native fpicker. I can select OOo fpicker and switch between then in one go.

Works ok in SRC680_m221. We can still use old dialogs if we want to.
