Extreemly needed "union from to"
it is needed to write "{bold nitalic U} csub {j=1} csup m" but it is wanted to 
write this way: "union from j=1 to m"
the same thing is needed for intersection

Add the union character to the catalog for example with name 'union'. Then write
oper %union from {j=1} to m
