Description sparcmoz 2007-06-30 13:27:50 UTC
m217 aquavcl01 Mac Intel:

Test 1: Open a new spreadsheeet document in X11 and aqua - the aqua version has
less row height and the row numbers at the left hand side are too large for the
rows. First screenshot shows new spreadsheet in X11 and aqua versions.

Test 2: create and save a spreadsheet from X11. When the spreadsheet is opened
in aqua, the row heights are reduced and the row number are too large. Second
screenshot shows spreadsheet created in X11 and then opened in aqua.

The aqua appearance can be improved by using a different zoom factor. A similar
problem affects Writer - issue 79054
Comment 5 hdu@apache.org 2007-07-02 10:05:22 UTC
The root causes for this problem are issue 79022 and also issue 79020 which result in Calc being very
sensitive to device resolution issues.

Since the X11 port reports a device resolution higher than 72dpi this leads to a "pseudo zoom", which
results in issue 79022 being solved by accident...
