- seen on Suse 10.1 with KDE
- making a download
- minimize the 'Check for Updates' dialog
- click the notification button
- 'Check for Updates' dialog is behind the office with a blinking task inn taskbar
- expected: coming to front

Looks like an 'KDE only' problem.

That's kwin's idea about no stealing the focus from the user. This would work if
the update dialog had the right parent (the docuement), but AFAIK it is
intention that this not the case. So the behaviour is completely desktop
conformant here as far as I can see.
