When processing table of contents for document containing tables, TOC size in
greatly increased and contains garbage information. MS Word opens this document
properly and shows 1 line in TOC. OO shows about 2-3 lines in TOC. For document
containing 55 pages TOC-size is 226 pages.

In addition opening of this document takes a lot of time (about 1 minute on
P4@3.4ghz@1gb of RAM). (TOC size is increases in 30 to 200+ times)

It's true the TOC contains more entries than it should relying on MSO. But it is
not a P1 issue, nor a P2, as you can work normally with OOo. -> Adjusting prio.

MRU->HBRINKM: the TOC is too large after import, because the "Default" paragraph
style has erroneously been added to the styles which should be regarded for TOC
creation.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
