Load a writer doc containing a chart (for example the attached one).
The document contains a replacement image for the chart but during loading this
image is thrown away and replaced by a newly created one.

This look like a performance waste. Furthermore when the chart needs to create
resolution dependend image - like for 3D scenes - then the newly created
replacement image looks not as good as the one that was stored in the file (see
issue 79544 ).

I fixed this for OOo 2.4 in CWS chart15.

->Thomas, please verify in CWS chart15. Compare how the attached bug doc looks
in 2.3 and in CWS chart15. With CWS chart15 the chart replacement should look
nicer as the image contained in the document was created with an higher resolution.
